Cook and stir until onion is translucent about 5 minutes. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until it starts to thicken and flavors combine about 30 minutes. Simmer another 15 minutes or until thickened.
You can buy chili seasoning packets at the store. 2 stir in chili powder oregano cumin salt pepper sauce and tomatoes. Stir in kidney beans diced tomatoes tomato puree water green chile.
Add onion and garlic. And maybe some cayenne chili powder paprika. Add the vinegar and cook for 1 minute.
