Here again i had to call the willows for them to complete the referral. When we did not get the call i had to call the agency and was told he was never referred. We strive to offer the highest quality in customer care.

The nurses can be nice but the aids are awful the facility is short staffed leaving residents unattended. It also has a beautifully maintained garden. By blake4950 i am a friend or relative of a current past resident.
